Everything is good. Try the fish bits and Cesar salad.

A party of seven of us just showed up for dinner one night, and we were treated like royalty by Victor, a superb (and funny) waiter. There was no waiting for drinks, and it was amazing how quickly our food arrived. All of it was delicious. Even the smaller sized meals were loaded with their excellent food. Their clam chowder is the best!
It was a great experience, and we look forward to going back to Captain Parker's Pub. I highly recommend it.
I finally got back to this restaurant about a year later. We came with several people from out of town, and I did not tell anyone that I knew some of the staff there. Therefore, the experience was not that great. Our waitress was prompt when we initially sat down, but once we started to eat she disappeared and never came back until we were done. A few things were needed that we could not get because we never saw the waitresses again during our meal.
It is hard to get into and out of this restaurant if you’re in a wheelchair because you have to have somebody to hold the door and then you have to have at least two people to lift you up over the piece of wood that sticks up out of the bottom of the entrance. Also, there is only one parking spot for handicapped people, and so you probably will not be able to park anywhere near the front door if you are handicapped.
The food prices have gone up and are just ridiculous. And the food here is not that great unless you get their delicious clam chowder and just plainly cooked seafood. For example, I ordered the fried clam strips, but they were covered with chopped tomatoes and sliced peppers for some reason . Needless to say that meant that they were no longer crispy and had to be dug out of the pile of tomatoes that were on top of them.
I really would not recommend this restaurant anymore because of the prices, the lack of decent waitressing, and the parking situation.
Parking: There is plenty of parking here, but there is only one handicapped parking spot. Therefore, if you’re handicapped, be prepared to have to park quite a ways from the door.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is extremely difficult to get in and out of this restaurant in a wheelchair because of the large and high piece of wood you have to get over at the door. Two people had to lift me up to get me over that spot, and that’s just ridiculous.

This restaurant has very delicious clam chowder. However, you can also buy it at the local grocery store and not have to deal with coming to this restaurant, which is extremely overcrowded in the summer. I have found that the rest of their food here is just okay. The seafood, if cooked plainly, is very good because it’s very fresh, but the rest of the dishes are just weird. For example, my fried calamari came with diced tomatoes and sliced hot peppers poured all over them so that they weren’t crisp anymore.
This was the second time that I had eaten there, and I had hoped that the food had improved. Unfortunately, it hasn’t and the prices have gone up. This is a pretty pricey place to eat at for just average food. Personally, I really don’t want to go back there, and I suggest that you look for someplace else to eat.
Parking: Unfortunately, there is only one handicapped parking spot at this restaurant. And of course, it is always taken up. This is really not a handicapped friendly restaurant at all as it is also hard to get a wheelchair even into the restaurant. So if you need to park near the door, I would recommend that you go someplace else as all of the spots near the door are always taken.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is rather difficult to get a wheelchair inside here because of the door situation and the raised up piece of wood that goes underneath the door. You need someone very strong to get you inside and outside of this restaurant.

Giving 2 stars, because the clam chowder is amazing.
The rest of our food was bleh.
warm, buttery lobster roll was chewy;
Clam strips were bland and chewy;
Baked cod needs some seasoning;
Garlic mashed potatoes are 100% instant, watery potatoes.
Our server was attentive and we were seated really quick.

There were 5 of us and everything we ordered was delicious. The standout was the chowder and cod cakes combo while the crust on the chicken pot pie was divine. Everything came out quickly and cooked beautifully. Definitely would go back!
