Ordered a royal brownie blizzard, but received vanilla ice cream with chocolate chip icecream on top.......super disappointing. Won't go again

They're fairly quick in comparison to the other location never had a complaint
Ice cream was good. Clean inside and staff were friendly and efficient
ice cream on cones weren't frozen it came out melty and on got worse fast
