Good outdoor sitting area. Delicious ice cream. Service.....mmmmm....could be better. Was waiting for 5 min just to get a spoon for a sunday that they just gave me. Should be available next to the reguster as napkins or straws without question asked. Always need to repeat what we ordered to get it.

Very Nice Place I love it. But one thing is They stopped making the cherry dip and that is why the food is at 3 and not 5 stars.

Mind you this is not a full dairy Queen while I do so. Plenty of ice cream and is sorted other things. Most of it is ice cream. They do have a chili dog, which I got and which was pretty good, but my wife is dying for a hamburg so she was ready to throw a chili dog at me. But anyways the service was great. Great! The people were personable. If you want ice cream, a good place to go

Way over priced, had a banna split, hardly any toppings. My wife made a remark to the girl at the counter, and she just said, "Oh well. No, I'm sorry or let me make it right. Lots of other places for ice cream for less money.

I asked for a Blizzard. The Diary Queen commercial advertisement states their Blizzard are so thick that they do not fall out the cup; that is a Lie and false advertisement. I asked the young lady why my Blizzard was liquidized? She told me it is because of the heat? What does the heat have to do with ice-cream if it prepared correctly? She gave me such a nasty attitude. I ask these questions because I have to be careful about what is given to me. I kindly asked for the supervisor and explained the issue. She apologized and ask me Why the drink was watery? I said ask your staff that is how she gave it to me. Then I find out that the machine was out of service and she gave me a product from the machine that had ice-cream in it. I could have made someone sick. I learned my lesson. I make my own with plant-based milk. I would never make a recommendation for anyone to visit Dairy Queen! I tell people of the top; I am not a fan of this establishment. If they ask; then I have to be honest and then it's up to that individual to make their own decisions. What may not be good for me; may be a treasure for another. I transparent and Diversified.Parking: They have a small parking lot attached to the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: The environment is kid friendly due to the menu. There is no play arena.Wheelchair accessibility: You can access the inside of the store. Often they do window orders.

Stopped for an ice cream after dinner. In true DQ style.Parking: There is only one"Handicapped " parking space. It being occupied, we had to walk across the parking lot and entrance driveway. Extremely dangerous trip with my Handicapped girlfriend. Cars were very reluctant to stop for us.

Very disappointed with the amount of air they pump into the ice cream at this location, it becomes fluff not ice cream, I sat it on the table outside for 15 minutes and it didn’t melt, this is a cost saving tactic that shouldn’t be allowed to happen. What a rip off! Shame on you franchisees that get away with this!

This Dairy Queen makes the smallest cones I have ever seen at any Dairy Queen. When I mentioned it, the lead person explained that the size of the cones goes by weight. I explained that in both Falmouth and Harwich make a more generous cone. She then offered to weigh them for me. Not sure why, my point was relatively stingy. That the off to be snarky. There may well be a weight per cone size recommendation that is provided to all Dairy Queen's. I was not able to explain to this person that her restaurant is strictly adhering to this corporate guideline when others are obviously not. She didnt get that the cone her team were making were stingy compared to others. Lesson learned, I will avoid this particular DQ in the future.
