I was horrified to go in and see one person at the register and TWO working a drive through and verbally attacking the one kid that was working the register that was dealing with a line of people by himself AND doing the online orders. Disgustingly unprofessional and disrespectful to behave like that with customers looking on. I will NEVER go there again.

Went here for a quick bite while on the road. With Dunkin you know what to expect food wise. It was as advertised. Service was just ok, it was discombobulated and it was not busy at all. I was the only one in there. Parking was good, store was clean.

Most disrespectful Dunkin around. The girls they put in the drive thru care more bout talking and laughing with each other than doing their jobs. I was a daily regular, always the same thing, one sandwich and a drink, but they would make me feel bad for wanting simple things, this review was prompted because Rayshana, continuously tried serving my drink layered (not mixed) and the simple step of putting the spoon into the drink was such an inconvenience that I left crying, why in the world do you have to be that rude to someone who just wants their order done correctly. I’ve ignored when you burn my food, or put bacon instead of sausage, I ignored when you made my drink the wrong flavor altogether and just paid and poured it out. I’m done wasting my time and money at a store that clearly does not care at all, if I’m going to Dunkin it’s at one of the other 3 locations, the wait may be longer but there’s a reason no one goes to this store, they want their food and drink done RIGHT!

If I could give negative stars I would. I have never actually taken the time to bad review anywhere as typically I think it's bad taste. Mistakes happen and people have bad days. However. I will preface this by saying anyone with a severe food allergy is well aware of the risks it comes with. I can only speak for myself, but due to my allergies the only thing not cooked or prepared at home is a coffee daily. Given the fact that there are dairy alternative options and this is a food business, the consumer needs to be able to trust that fact. I would not be leaving this review if this had only happened once.. usually I catch it right away and I am very vigilant in asking at the initial order, the window, and confirming when handed and checking sticker , although every single time it has been made with dairy the sticker says almond milk. So obviously these do nothing. The first time this happened I had explained my allergy and asked for another, the woman at the window was very friendly and even confirmed how dangerous that is and said she hoped it didn't ruin my day but the employees making the drink were slamming cups and visibly pissed off... even though they made the mistake not me. That day, it didn't because I caught it. 2 days ago they put me into the hospital with an allergic reaction. It was like whoever made the drink knew they did it wrong and masked it with so much mocha hoping I wouldn't notice. This day, I was running late and got about 5 sips in I did not taste much but overwhelming mocha. 2 hours later at work I had to abruptly leave and go to the ER for IV benadryl, nausea medication and other tests. Dunkin should not offer alternatives if they are too busy or careless. We would find other places to go it is really simple. Obviously I have learned my lesson the very hard way. And the crazy thing is I see another review here from not long ago where the same thing happened. DO NOT GO TO DUNKIN IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGY THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED

If I could leave no stars i would. I have been going to this specific store at 1050 rt 28 south Yarmouth for a while now. My coffee order seems to be fine most of the time but the employees are rude, lazy, and lie instead of actually doing there job. An example of this which has happened now on multiple occasions at the same dunkin with the same employees working is when I order a coffee roll and I ask for it to be warmed but they tell me they can't do it which is funny because every dunkin I've ever been to does it no problem. The first time they said there oven was broken which was funny because there was hot food being made for other customers. The second time I asked a week later they said they can't do it with no explanation so I asked why? Is your oven broken? The girl who is assumed was being told to say this by her co workers could not give me an explanation through the speaker so I drove to the window and asked again which I was given two different excuses 1.) ITS REALLY BUSY AND 2.) ITS TOO MESSY. BOTH EXCUSES BEING COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS AND LIES. There was one other car in the drive thru with one customer inside with at least 3 workers that I could see and I used to work at dunkin where I would warm coffee rolls for customers every day and it made no such mess. It was easy as laying a parchment paper down, putting the coffee roll down and putting it in for 10 seconds and then in a bag. There is NO MESS. I believe that these employees are making up there own rules and lies to not have to do their job. I am tired of spending my money here every day and leaving tips to be treated like a fool. Nobody could give me a straight answer or respect me like I respect them and just say I DONT WANT TO DO MY JOB TODAY SO THAT'S WHY I DONT WANT TO WARM YOUR COFFEE ROLL. I'm sick of going to the same dunkin every day and the same employees I see every day don't even say hello or use manners. I'm a simple person and easy going but when I feel disrespected I'm going to say and do something about it. The reginal manager should be investigating this specific store and their employees there because it seems like it's being run by a pre-school.

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and had a great experience. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for a quick coffee break or a light snack. The service was prompt, and the staff were friendly and efficient, which made the visit pleasant.I tried the classic glazed donut, which was fresh, soft, and delicious. The coffee, as always, was up to Dunkin's standards – rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of sweetness. They also offer a wide variety of breakfast sandwiches and wraps, which is a plus for those looking for more than just a donut.

Overall, a great Dunkin. Lovely looking on the outside, warm and welcoming on the inside. A small inconvenience however was the limited parking spaces. While this establishment did not have perfection, it had incredible service, Alperen in particular. He was amazing behind the counter and made sure everyone got everything they needed in a kind and timely manner. Through all the rough customers and confusion, Alperen was calm and collected and delivered seamlessly. A true gift of god if you asked me, he was perfect for this position and truly deserves praise. The only issue I experienced was the confusion of orders. A couple coffees were slightly messed up in my week of visiting, and it was noticeable others were having minor issues as well. Overall a great experience. I would definitely come back!
