My friend just ordered extra crispy snaking bacon for me. She waited while it was supposedly cooked fresh. I'm less than 4 minutes from the shop. My hot, crispy bacon is stone cold like it was just taken out of the refrigerator. Disgusting to say the least. I attempted to call, but the phone is answered by a fax machine. Do better!

Every time I’ve been to this Dunkin, the entire staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and the food and drinks are delicious. Truly the best Dunkin I’ve been to on Cape - I’ll keep coming back :)

Server Princess Dunkin Doughnut in West Yarmouth MA was the sweetest most beautiful sole this morning. She made my day. I let her know how kind and sweet she is and that put a huge smile on her face as well as mine. Thank you Princess for making my day.

Coffee tasted a teeny bit burnt but the service was fast and with a smile. Also I stopped by around 3:00pm on a Thursday and so I'm not sure how often they make their coffee but I'm sure it would be more-fresh in the AM.Cannot comment too much on the ambiance as I was a drive through customer.Had to repeat my order a couple times but they got it right and I was overall pretty happy with the service :)

Ordered plain mini bagels for my toddler and got everything mini bagels that were cold. Went back through the drive through and they did not provide a replacement for free but charged again. Love Dunkin’ in general, but was poor service. Seemed to be a language barrier too.

None of the workers including the manager could speak English. They knew like 2 English words. They got the whole order wrong. We asked for 6 hash browns and they gave 1, we go back in and say we only got 1 and we need 5 more and they come back with 1 more. They couldn’t understand anything. We asked for hot coffee and got iced coffee. And then they said that we were asking for free food when we were paying for the food we were missing. Those employees need to speak English and get tested with knowledge about food

Same as any other Dunkin except this place has one of the worst drive thru set ups . No room in the parking lot. If your in line for the drive thru then your probably blocking someone in the parking lot from pulling out.
