I live in this town year round. I go to Dunkin’ Donuts every day. I wish this Dunkin could make my coffee the way I order it but they cannot. This is the 5th time in a row my coffee order came out wrong I just can’t justify coming here anymore. Disappointed in the quality of service.

An older Dunkin with a slightly dingy atmosphere, but that doesn’t matter too much. It was the short, older woman behind the counter who ruined my breakfast experience with her arrogant over the top and uncalled for nasty attitude. She doesn’t belong in a position of serving the public.

Super stale bread no matter what every time. I work with food too and I believe if you wouldn’t eat it you shouldn’t serve it to someone else. Unless you all love bread that is impossible to chew because it’s days old don’t get food here.

Putting foreigners in your drive thru who don't understand?!?! yeah i know the cape hires them for summer but it's crazy holding up the drive thru. Edit: Last week she didn't know how to handle a gift card, Today went back same girl literally had to yell at the microphone to take orders my dad wanted a Senior Discount they had no idea what we said sometimes they say "extra Ice" or "glazed" etch lol The girl said "I'm sorry I don't know English" lmao yeah don't hire J1 Students that's so bad about the cape.
