Mobile Ordering is often offline without explanation. No one answers the phone when I try to make them aware of this. I'm at 5 unanswered calls now and still ringing with no answer. All of our Dunkin gift cards are loaded into the Dunkin' app.... so if we can't use the app to order, we can't use the gift cards to order.Employees often lock the front doors, or fail to unlock them in the middle of the day, but still allow carry-out mobile orders causing confusion and extreme backup in the drive-thru. Only after multiple people refuse to leave and wait outside the front door do they "remember" to open them.It's hard to remain a loyal Dunkin' member with this type (lack) of service. The only thing this Dunks has going for it is its very convenient location on Station Avenue.

It was a regular Dunkin donuts, no issues or problems and it was the one that was on my way back to my destination. So in other words perfect for me.Parking: It had plenty of free parking spaces in the front and the back of the store!

Omg, I’m typing this as I’m still sitting and waiting for dozen donuts. It’s been 25 minutes on drive through with two small kids in back seat. I will never come back here. Lady that initially appeared at window that communicate with customers does not speak English but Portuguese, she does not know which is my order asking me questions in Portuguese. They are advertising one thing selling other. Omg. Horrible. Avoid this place.

The food is typical Dunkin fare. Everything is what you would expect and the way you like it. My issue with this location is the staff. Miserable, hostile, and looks like they would rather jump off the Bourne bridge than provide quality customer service!

Food is generic microwaved frozen standard breakfast sandwiches, coffee is the best around, service quick, but really stupid supervisor named Courtney hung up on me for asking why the nice employee at drive-thru window spoke No English and kept trying to hand me a small straw for my frozen coffee when I asked for large straw, and although I asked twice for senior discount she never gave it to me because she didn't understand me.When I called store from phone number on receipt to ask how they could put a non English speaking person at register where English speaking customers would need to communicate to her Courtney hung up on me. There was at least 8 English speaking employees running around preparing drinks and food that could have switched with her.
