We needed a birthday cake four my 1 year old niece. It was amazing!!! Tasted as wonderful as it looked. Ella was a pleasure to work with - and the cake was fresh and created exactly as I had specified. Will definitely order form this bakery again. Must add that Ella's is taking COVID measures seriously. All protocols for a safe transaction were taken.

I decided to try Ella's bakery just driving by. The girl was very friendly and welcoming. There wasn't much left to choose from. I got chocolate chip cookies and a little oreo cake. The cake looked very appealing. Until I tried a bite. It tasted like it was in was in fridge for days. Very dry. The cookies were just ok. She was kind of and made a fresh pot of coffee for me.

We were looking for a cake to bring home after a last minute decision to have a surprise cake at a family friend's cookout. We got lucky...Ella's had a few in the back that were cooling. We decided on a 6 in vanilla cake with vanilla icing. It was two layers high. She had it iced, decorated and ready for us to walk out the door in about 10 minutes. We chose this shop because of a prior review and they were spot on. There were lots of compliments from all who had a piece on how lovely it tasted. There was enough cake for about a dozen (half were kids) to all have a piece if we wanted with some cake left over. (I cut each layer into sixths and some had half a piece)

I had driven by Ella's nearly every day & thought it was super cute and wanted to make a point to stop in and check it out. With my sons first birthday approaching , I decided to check it out and order his cake as well! I have worked a ton of counters, so Im always very aware of the type of service I receive. I feel as tho so many times you go into a place and the person behind the counter is less than pleasant & doesn't realize (or care) that they are basically your first impression of the business and no matter what you sell or make ; bad service will drive customers away. It was so refreshing to have excellent service !!! The young girl behind the counter (ella) was an absolute sweetheart and seemed to truly be happy to help. She let me know all of my options and gave me her input on what people typically do (ive never ordered a cake, weird .. i know) she was kind & knowledgeable . She was unsure of the price but said she would let me know when she talked to the baker who was out of town. I thought I would get a call in a few days, but within less than 30 minutes of me leaving , she called me , which was super helpful. I appreciated her bubbly energy & her ability to be clear about my order , without being cold and robotic . She genuinely cared about my order and that put me at ease since I have never done this before . Thank you for being you! Ps: the shop is adorable and fun & the treats in the display case looked amazing. Will definitely continue to be a customer here

Absolutely terrible. The cake was nothing as the picture given to them. Not a sorry, not anything from them nor a refund either. The owner was incredibly rhude making it seem as it was OUR fault it was awful quality. $300 is a pretty penny for what we got. But the attitude of the owner is despicable.

This is the worst place, they promised a cake and what we recieved was nothing like it was suppose to be, they charged 300 for something we could have made, the staff is rude and has no idea of what customer service is.
Came in here earlier today. Cute place nothing too special. Wonder greeted me with a big smile. Got an Oreo cupcake. Ended up not feeling well. There's a LOT Of buttercream on it so it might be unsettling. Cupcake seemed a bit undercooked.

My partner surprised me with a birthday cake from Ella's and it couldn't be more perfect! The owner worked with him to make a beautiful white cake with daisies & sunflowers on it! When we picked it up she couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. She had a lovely bubbly personality! Needless to say we will be going there for any cakes we need in the future! Thanks Ella's!

My husband ordered me a birthday cake while we were on vacation. My cake was GORGEOUS and tasted every bit as good as it looked - Lemon cake, raspberry filling and white chocolate buttercream. The buttercream is the perfect level of sweetness and the texture of the cake is dense but fluffy.
