We took our family of 8 for dinner. Host was very accommodating as I did not call ahead for a reservation of a large party. Once seated the service was impeccable. Host was very good with our 2 year old grandson. Food was absolutely amazing. Can’t say enough about Four Seasons. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.
Food came out hot and delicious. Everyone was great!

My family’s visit to Four Seasons Trattoria in South Yarmouth was the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a dismissive, “You have reservations?” When I said no, the host responded with, “Hmmmm, maybe later,” then seated another couple right in front of us. No hostess station, just confusion and chaos.
The staff acted like they were running a five-star Michelin restaurant, treating us like it was a privilege to eat there. But the truth is, this is just a small, unremarkable Italian spot in a tourist town that disrespects the very people who keep it in business. It’s no wonder why small businesses fail when they forget that the customer should matter. I
Skip this place and spend your money where you’re actually valued.

Read the other reviews after dining and must agreed. Food fabulous, the staff we thought was Mexican maybe and the host (not sure if he was the owner) was the rudest.
Ordered the eggplant, asked for little sauce which they accommodated and it was the best I’ve had in a long time, ordered the fried artichoke for appetizer which was fabulous, my kids pizza was average and my husbands (chicken palm) was excellent. But everything came with no smile. While the staff was attentive and accommodating they never smiled. Did not order drinks - lemonade instead which the host seemed disgusted with us. If your looking for a great meal with no ambience I would recommend.

Very unique experience at a Italian restaurant with all servers from Napel or Guatemala. Many tables available but had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. Food was ok certainly would not rush back
