I never write reviews, but I felt I had to this time. I never would have stopped here as it looks like a hole in the wall, but a woman we met at a bar told us how good it was. It was one of the best meals we've ever had, at the Cape and at home in CT (and we have great Italian food at home!). My husband got the meatball app. The server, Aita, said it was ranked the best on the Cape, and my husband agreed (and he's had them everywhere). I got the haddock milanese over risotto, and he got the short rib ragu over pappardelle, and we shared bites. They were both amazing, and we have leftovers for tomorrow. We'll be back, no doubt!

Wow...i was blown away by this place! Food is prepared to order so I was able to get a dish i wouldn't normally have had since they were able to leave out an ingredient. Everything from the bread and oil to the entrees was suburb! Cannot recommend this enough!

Quality and quantity of food is exceptional. We had a salmon special, chicken picatta, and the absolute best risotto ever. Service warm and attentive. A bit noisey and too cool temperature for our comfort. Try to get a booth - our table was small and in the midst of everything, a bit distracting. But we would definitely return.

Appetizers out of this world! Best Calamari and Crab Cakes I’ve ever had. Entrees with the exception of Short Rib Ragu, Primo! Veal & chicken parmigiana top shelf as well as all fish dishes. Cafe is on the small side so make reservations. I am an Italian food guru so trust me you can’t go wrong. Didn’t try desserts but will next time . I failed to mention staff, very attentive and polite.

**EAT HERE** We called ahead and got a reservation for 30 mins later. We were greeted warmly by the staff and brought to a large booth by the window. Decor is old style Italian Restaurant. Feels like your Nona's house. Our waitress came quickly and took drink orders. The menu has many options with a good variety. They also had dinner specials. The warm, fresh bread and olive oil dipping sauce was delicious! We ordered the Chicken and Eggplant Parm and the Chicken Picatta. Both dishes came out piping hot with homemade pasta and were absolutely delicious. The portions were big enough for leftovers the nest day. I highly recommend eating here!

Geraldi's offers excellent Italian food in a cozy setting. The veal parmesan that my husband ordered was enough for 2 meals (and he is a big eater!) Delicious and served by a very attentive server. I ordered one of their salads and then the potato crusted crab cake appetizer. Again, delicious and so rich that I could only eat one. We had the left over for an appetizer at out rental unit the next night and it was just as good. I'd recommend this highly and think about splitting a dish as the servings are very large.

We have come to Gerardis for years - it is a small family owned hands on operation - the food is the best Italian food on the Cape - the service is professional but personal - the servers are outgoing but appropriate - food arrives hot and cooked ot perfection - we recommend this restaurant without reservation - -- but you need a reservation as they are busy !!! Hostess was nice but being from out of town we didn’t know we needed a reservation but the hostess tried to work with us and told she has another party coming in a hour that had a reservation. So she kindly asked is that enough time for you guys? Before we even had a chance to make a choice the bus girl proceeded to interject and say here for next time make a reservation, me and my fiancé was stunned how ignorant she was and even the hostess gave her a look very unprofessional!! Bad experience for the rest of the meal!! Food was rushed meatball was disgusting my seafood dinner that was forty three dollars was barely warm not at all a good experience
We had a 5:15 reservation and were seated when we arrived a few minutes after 5pm on a busy Saturday night. My husband had the gnocchi and I had the Beef and Mushroom ragu. Both were excellent. Service was also great. Definitely will return on our next visit to the Cape.

One of my favorite restaurants on the Cape!! ❤️❤️❤️Delicious homemade pastas, Italian food and the squash flowers this summer the were best we ever had!! I look forward to going every time I’m visiting!! Go - you will not be disappointed!!!
My husband and I had a 5:30 reservation and we got right in and we were served promptly. Excellent service! He had Linguine with clams and I had the beef and sausage bolognese. Both dishes were delicious! Very highly recommend

Rather inconspicuous from the outside, cosy inside. Very well attended, Reservation recommended. Really very good cuisine, very delicious pasta. Taste very "Italian" and not "American". We liked it so much that we were there twice within 3 days for dinner.
