Food is always cold by the time you receive it and order is never correct. Ordered the highly anticipated grinch meal and did not provide the dill pickle seasoning. They also forgot my 10 piece nuggets. Went back after waiting 15 minutes and then they tell me they do not have the dill pickle seasoning…..maybe you should tell people when they order the meal.

I ask for and pay for extra tomatoes everytime and it is definitely over 100 times I didn't receive them today....that is like 100 hundred dollars they have stolen from me now cause I never realized it till I got home 🎶same old song and dance 🤔

This is honestly probably the worst McDonald's I have ever gone to. I probably went to this McDonald's 3 or 4 times in the last couple weeks every single time they are out of one thing or the next. If you like their apple pies don't even bother asking at this location I can assure you they don't have them. Along with the cookies, brand new buffalo chicken wrap, oh and I switched off and got a McFlurry instead one day and they just dumped the toppings right on top. Did not mix it at all just dump it in and hand it out. I will absolutely not be returning to this location I canceled my order and drove off today because of how often they say they're out of stuff. Which to be honest I don't believe that you're out of apple pies I would believe that you're lazy and don't want to make them.

Terrible experience. My first order was missing an item (Bacon Quarter Pound Cheese). I reordered it, and the burger came poorly made and without cheese! Very disappointing.

I ordered McDonald’s because it’s my go-to cheat meal, but this location has been consistently awful. My latest order took only 18 minutes from start to finish (7 minutes to arrive), yet the fries were ice cold and the food felt like it had been sitting out for ages.
I split my time between Florida in the winter and Cape Cod in the summer, and this is hands-down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. The food is always cold, the buns are dry and stale, and they never remember the straws. I keep giving them another chance hoping things will improve, but they never do.

I come here a lot and every time I come here it gets worse either they mess up my orders or I’ll be waiting over half hour in a line with only three cars waiting and none can speak English. This is ridiculous.

Worst McDonald's EVER. They get pretty much every part of my order wrong every single time I go. The fries are cold 9/10 times, and my CRISPY chicken strips were as crispy as a wet paper towel. Horrible everything, do not go here.

I guess I'm showing my age here. All I got was a medium coffee at the drive thru. Total $2.56. I handed the server (adult) $5.56 cash. I'm 100% certain of that. She hands me back $2 .65. I explained the math. She tries to tell me I gave her a different amount. I explain again. The manager steps in. I explain again. He tells her to give me the difference. She hands me 30 cents. Now I have 95 cents instead of the paper dollar I wanted and was entitled to in the first place 😒. I gave up and left. Now I remember why I don't go to McDonald's.
