Waited 30 minutes in drive through to pick up a meal that was missing items! Sandwiches were very messy and spilling everywhere. Plus they forgot my fish filet that of course i was charged for! Go to Wendys down the street. Very disappointing!! Almost $40 and threw half of it away!!
They do not care at all if they get orders right. They pack whatever into those bags. There is a 1/5 chance they get your order right and it feels like winning the lottery. The only thing consistent about ordering food here is the frustration and the stomach ache afterwards.
Just got an order and on top of the fact it was missing a fry, the fry they did give me was half filled, undercooked and unsalted. Straight from the microwave to me.
The food you are used to the way you remember it.

If you order something special you get fresh burgers right off the grill. Just ask for no salt and you get it fresh every time!
Once again, I was given incomplete order.
I am really not happy. Those kiosks are horrible. I am forced to use it. There is no personal service and no one speaks English. My breakfast meal has shrunken. Hashbrowns are half the size. Everything is smaller. Worst of all, staff are not friendly and with no personality. I can go on and on. But this McDonald's I've been a patron since I was 9.
This is directed to the Manager and female employee who served my daughter and 2 grandchildren today, Sat. NOV. 9th at approximately noon. If there was such a thing as negative stars I would put that in this review. You were both rude and disrespectful to my daughter and almost 2 and 5 year old grandchildren when swearing and yelling at them in drive thru, slamming the window on my daughter's face, and refusing to give your names when asked. I am the Grandmother of these customers and attempted to call said establishment for 30 minutes and when someone finally did answer, as the voicemail box was full, probably with complaints, i asked for the Manager's name as well and he refused and proceeded to yell at me as well and stated he just doesn't care. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AS I FEAR WHAT THE MANAGER MAY DO TO YOU AND YOUR FOOD AS HE JUST DOES NOT CARE. I WILL BE FILING COMPLAINTS WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND MCDONALDS CORPORATE.
They charged me an extra snack and still haven't returned my money.

I didn't like it here at all. The food was cold, we waiting a long time but there wasn't really anyone around. There was NO VEGGIE option except chips so I didn't eat. Very disappointed. My family meal wasn't great either.

This McDonald's needs so much attention. I believe this store should be closed for retraining purposes. This business is in America and should have atleast one English speaking employee in the store at all times who knows what they are doing. A quarter pounder is now a regular cheese burger. They gave me the incorrect chicken sandwich two times and kept wanting to charge me for the correct one. They do not understand the difference between the different types of sandwiches that are available. Please do something about this and do not go here if you are even considering it!! I would not recommend this store to a dog!
