People here cannot follow directions to save their life. If you want anything plain or personalized that strays from how its made on menu, keep driving. They’ll ring it in correctly but the teenagers who work here are too stoned to care to follow directions.

Sat in drive threw watch three vehicles go before me when I was already at intercom ...so went inside and was ignored for 20 minutes I wasted 30 minutes and still couldn't get my order .... went to wendys was in and out unless 4 minutes somebody needs to address management cause it's an on

This McDonald’s did almost everything right. I loved how the staff decorated the store for the holidays. The cashier was kind and facilitating. Our only minor complaint was that the wait was a little long (although I understand they were busy) and the self-order kiosk was a little glitchy. The food was served hot and fresh. In all, it was a pleasant experience.

Went thru the drive thru. Associate was rude. We were waiting at intercom. Another car pulls up & she takes the 2nd car not us. Then that car drives off. My husband says "Hello " and she rudely responds it will be a minute. She comes back on after 3 or 4 mins. So much husband had to put in the oder twice, she wasn't paying attention. Very rude customer service this is the 2nd time ( didn't report the first time ) decided to drive away without our food and went The Pizza house in Chatham...where their customer service was Amazing!Associate(s) this rude should NOT be in customer service . DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

There isn't much you can say about McDonald's that hasn't been said, it's all about the service and the McDonald's service on Rte 28 in South Yarmouth Massachusetts is terrible, if you don't check your food before you leave the drive-thru you are making a big mistake.I have been there a few times and there is always something missing.

ive been going to this McDonald's in south Yarmouth for a while now this place keeps getting worse by the min.... I was there twice this evening one for an Uber eats and the manager was extremely extremely rude to me mind Iam new to Uber eats and she said to me read the code it's ures and I said u don't need to be rude... this evening about 820pm I went there thru drive thru to get dinner for my family and she was there again she threw my money on the counter and said nothing to me it's her attitude soda was leaking from the cup I asked her for a new cup of soda cause it's leaking she can at least wipe the cup but it's k the fries are always cold why is that....bug this specific McDonald's doesn't care gives me an attitude everytme I ask for fresh fries why can't y serve fresh fries snd fresh food why serve it cold would y eat cold fries after paying for a meal 10.25 no u wouldn't this place is awful horrible staffing no English at all very very sad

Paid with my credit card there three days ago. Thought I lost it while cleaning out my car the next morning (honest mistake right?) nope. One of the employees at this location just used my credit card twice this morning. Luckily I caught the second transaction in time and was able to shut my card off. Tried contacting them immediately after getting the notification and was told there's no manager there and that they didn't know when there would be one.

So I was at South Yarmouth Massachusetts location and went through the drive through and couldn’t even put my order in because all she would do was repeat can I take your order but when she wouldn’t respond at all . And then they don’t even help make the food and you can’t even talk to anyone there. And when a worker coming in said they should be open but are not serving or helping anyone because there head set is messed up . So they just ignore people instead of putting up a closed sign … the line was so long and not one person got food . They didn’t seem to care either .
