The food was very good. It took a while to get it though. I did this because lately when I read reviews all people do is complain when I try to find a restaurant. This is my 3rd year coming here and it was great food. Thought I would share something positive.
We were excited to try this place but were quickly disappointed. They did not have lobsters or steamers. We got the clam chowder, and it was mushy. I'm not sure how that happened, but it was weird. We also got the pretzel with beer cheese and were quickly disappointed with that as well. The pretzel was drenched in butter, and you could barely eat it. We had to squeeze it with napkins. The burgers looked like they were gonna be great, but they were bland, and they messed up...
I was blown away by the food as well as the kindness and hospitality of the folks at Olympia. My extended family recently had a 60-person reunion in Cape Cod, and were searching for a restaurant that could accommodate a massive to-go order. While every other restaurant only provided catering, Olympia were able to satisfy our order, painstakingly organizing the food into separate orders by family.
