I just had an experience that was such a breath of fresh air especially compared to yesterday when I went into a store 15 minutes before closing and they acted like I was the rudest person and actually were talking about me loudly enough so I could hear and it was so frustrating to have to give them my money. In contrast I just walked into Papa Gino’s 15 minutes before closing and was expecting a similar reaction so asked if they just had any slices left the woman on the staff and I can’t believe I forgot her name because I did ask just a moment ago was so nice and said don’t worry you can order anything you want and I just was so happy that there are people that work for corporate chain stores and restaurants that aren’t miserable and wanna make you miserable as well. Thank you so much Papa Gino’s and your pizza is awesome.

Placed an order online and it never showed up then sat on the phone for 30 minutes waiting and once they answered I only heard them giggling on the other line while I was left unanswered had to drive there and had to wait for the manager to stop giggling with his buddy before I could get my food ordered at 8:30 it’s currently 9:40 And no food

We had a large group tonight and the Papa was awesome. Everything was ready on time and the staff was incredibly helpful. Would recommend all around, but especially for larger groups.

Best I can say is, this place is mediocre. There's only like 2 staff at any given time. Everything is too expensive for its ever so shrinking size. Paid 17 bucks for a sorry 8 inch steak and cheese with only about 5 inches worth of meat and a 20oz Pepsi! I asked for napkins, woman pulled a half inch stack out and gave me three! It annoyed me!
