When most people would brush off a problem, Mel went above and beyond to fix a delivery mistake made by DoorDash! I never write reviews but I just have to about my phone experience today that turned a bad day into a better day. I placed an order online for delivery and when I got the confirmation Email I saw I had put in the wrong address, I called to correct my mistake and was treated with such respect from a warm, kind hearted young lady Elaina, she patiently fixed it and made me feel like I was a very special customer. Besides having the most delicious food, this location also has the kindest employees. Thank You

I was on Cape Cod craving a veggie pocket yesterday and naturally decided to drop into Papa Gino's. Not only were the staff friendly and welcoming, but the sandwich was served up fresh and piping hot in record breaking time. It was absolutely delicious. Thank you, AJ, for preparing such a delicious lunch for me, and also thank you to everyone else at Papa Gino's. Great food at a fantastic price.

I don't usually write reviews, but we just had an exceptional experience, and I felt compelled to share. I came in with my three children and elderly mother this afternoon. Needless to say, we are quite a sight, so I tend to feel pretty self-conscious during these outings. Steve made us feel welcomed and created an experience that was actually enjoyable instead of stressful. He was incredibly patient and personally brought us our order, seeing that I had my hands full. We ate every bite, and we will definitely be back next Saturday.

The food has never been bad but they forgot the $5 bottle of ginger ale for my child that has the flu. 👎🏽 Last time they forgot the disgustingly over priced pint of Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. They offer to refund the price of the item or you can come pick it up at the store…… HELLO if I wanted to come out for soda when the child has the flu I wouldn’t went to stop and shop and bought the whole dinner and made it myself. I was paying for the convenience of not having to go out and get it. I will not be ordering delivery from here for them to mess it up for a 3rd time. Thanks a lot Pops….
