Got some Pints delivered when the family was out sick, and we all enjoyed our flavors. The dairy free gluten free chocolate was rich and creamy. We went back for the soft serve once we were feeling better and it was incredible.

Delicious. Hours online weren’t updated however and we drove a few times only to find they were closed the week of Labor Day while google stated they were open. Inconvenient but not the end of the world. Will absolutely return.

My ice cream was good but my boyfriend wanted coconut cheesecake brownie and received something completely different. Only ate it because it was expensive and long line

Do not get coconut cheesecake brownie - its only caramel and chocolate chips

So many flavors here! They have some classic flavors and also unique ones. Got the strawberry ice cream with a waffle cone. The icecream had chunks of strawberries in it. The waffle cone surprised me though, it had a hint of cinnamon in it that I didnt expect. Seating is all outside with a few benches. They also have chalk and hula hoops to keep kids busy there. Spotted a couple dogs enjoying some treats too!

Some of the best ice cream I've ever had, plus the most patient and nice staff! I am so pleased with my experience, must stop here on your trip to the cape! :)

A massive selection of ice cream and some really fun and creative sundae options. There are ice cream, sherbet and sorbet selections as well. Be prepared for a (tasty) choice overload!

What a fun little spot with great ice cream! Shot out to the staff who were happy, friendly and made some great ice cream. Good employees are hard to find and you have some amazing ones! Definitely try the waffle cones they are delicious! My little Norman enjoyed his pup cup

This place is amazing .... family owned and operated. The nicest servers you could ask for. It's cheaper than any other ice cream place, and the quality is OUTSTANDING. if you ask me, I'd tell you to get the bubblegum hard serve ice cream as there's only 3 other shops locally that even have it out of ALL THE ICE CREAM SHOPS !!! That's a sin, seeing as most of us remember getting it as a kid in the 80s, but I digress . They keep their ice cream at the perfect temperature, so it's not too hard but not too soft.... just right, and their second location in Sandwich is just as good. ZERO COMPLAINTS. I'd teach you a secret to beat the lines, but I don't want to ruin it for myself . Half gallon is where it's at

My wife and I try to stop for ice cream whenever we're on vacation. This was our first trip to Cape Cod in many years and while looking for some ice cream we spotted Penguins Ice Cream Igloo in West Yarmouth. We almost didn't stop because the waiting line stretched halfway across the parking lot.... but that must be a good thing. We waited for our turn and were stunned by the incredible number of flavor choices of hard ice cream! Too hard to decide on one, so we both chose double scoops. My wife got a cone and I got a bowl. The helpings were HUGE and the price - only $5.50 each! Wow!! The lady at the window was very friendly and helpful - the owner, I think. This experience was so pleasant that we went back again the next night. We stopped at another ice cream shop in Sandwich, MA on our way home, but when we saw the price was $7 for a SMALL cup we turned around and left. Penguin is definitely the best!
