Finding the Piccadilly Cafe and Deli may well have been our saving grace as far as Breakfast and Lunch places go - since moving to the Cape full time 2+ years ago we’ve been mooning over the lack of Deli style restaurants here versus those we had up in Metrowest (shout out to Kugel’s Deli in Framingham!) We’ve driven past Piccadilly at least a hundred times and never stopped in - our BIG mistake!One morning we decided to try them for breakfast as we were out very early (6:30 pm) and lo and behold - we were happily surprised by not only the selection and quality but the PRICES were amazingly reasonable!Everyone there is incredibly welcoming (Patti, Stacie, Sue & Cara, along with Eddie and Jen at the counter are all amazing) and they will soon know your name and greet you like family - give Piccadilly a try and you won’t regret it - LOTS of options for both breakfast and lunch - a really good cup of coffee and early hours makes this our Go To most weekdays and weekend morning!

This was an exceptional breakfast. Came to Yarmouth for vacation and happened upon Piccadilly cafe. The wait staff were super friendly and helpful, the food fantastic and the prices were great. Got a lot of food for the price as well as delicious!!!! Highly recommend and next time Yarmouth will definitely come back

Piccadilly Cafe and Restaurant is a great place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. The menu offers plenty of selections, but I always order the Cape Cod Reuben. The best Reuben sandwich I've ever had, it rivals any seafood specialty restaurant. Also, the service is always exceptional!
