Out of all the seafood restaurants we went to on the Cape, this one was the best. We were so let down by most but here everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Great chowder. The friendliest waitress ever. And fair prices!

The food used to be much much better many years ago. Now, it has gotten a lot worse and more expensive. The service and atmosphere is immaculate, though, and there is a wonderful and pretty beach right across the street from it. The neighborhood surrounding it is very nice and full of nature. I suggest going, but make sure you pick the right food.

Their service is ok but their lobster roll was one of the best I've had so far. My husband had the Fishermen's Platter and we were fighting over the fish. You can't go wrong with this place.

Skipper Chowder House was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The restaurant was very clean and had a charming ambiance. To start, I tried their New England clam chowder, and it was simply outstanding. Creamy, rich, and packed with fresh clams, it's a must-try for any chowder enthusiast. For the main course, I opted for their lobster roll, and I was blown away. The lobster was incredibly tender, and the roll was perfectly toasted. It was generously filled with lobster meat, making it a real treat for seafood lovers. The fish and chips was also a delightful experience. The crispy batter on the fresh fish was perfectly golden and light, while the fish inside was flaky and tender. The fries were just the right amount of crispy and salty, and the portion size was generous. This place hit on every level and I highly recommend this restaurant.
