Taste and quality has gone way down. Very expensive, will not be going back ever. Place is for sale, and very limited menu now. Such a shame, but it is what it is. Not interested in paying $15 for a sandwich.

Roast beef was fresh and super tender. I ordered my roast beef with BBQ sauce and horseradish on sandwich. My only 'beef' is three things: 1) It needed more bbq sauce. Very little on sandwich. 2) Could have used more horseradish sauce. Was barely recognizable. 3) Toasting the bun would be a nice touch also. Would I go again? Only if they were to do all of the above.

Friendly proprietor provided excellent recommendations to us two hungry travelers. Conveniently off the highway, their tasty roast beef with homemade horseradish sauce and homemade/ hand-dredged thin onion rings were a nice diversion from the usual order of fries (although my husband ordered these too and enjoyed every bite). Roadside eating on wooden lunch benches was quaint -- if you ignore the noisy traffic whizzing by.

Simply perfect roat beef sandwiches. Yes, there are other offerings, but why? When there are simply perfect roast beef sandwiches; the best in Hyannis/Yarmouth. There aren't many places like this left on the Cape. Timmy and his staff are always fast and friendly. The food is cooked and sliced fresh everyday.
Only place kids and adults could agree on for lunch during our cape week. Everything on the menu was A+. We tried it all. Awesome spot.

Super delicious food, really great staff too. The chef was very accommodating to my pescatarian partner when they weren't serving eggplant anymore and even threw in a few onion rings for us to try. The food was delicious, we got a grilled cheese with tomato, a pastrami sub, broccoli bites and the bonus onion rings and everything just hit the spot. There's two picnic tables outside to sit at which was nice for us as we were on our way to the museum. Definitely hit these guys up!
