Went here and when my sister asked for pepperoni the guy dropped one on the floor and then picked it up and put it back in the container with the rest of them. Completely unsanitary and unprofessional.

Absolute terrible customer service, I was very clearly listing off what I wanted on my sub and the worker added a sauce I didn’t ask for then couldn’t give me a discount or find a way to fix his mistake. He didn’t care at all.

Placed an online order for two BMTs, went into the store collected my order and went back home. The order was wrong. Find out Subway called me, and left a voice mail explaining the switch up and that I can pick up the correct sandwich and keep ALL THREE SANDWICHES. (I have a screenshot of the transcription.) I go into the store and the guy at the front gives me my sandwich and asks for the wrong sandwich back. He insists I should’ve brought it back and to “Next time bring it back.” I’m sorry but are you implying that there will be a next time, and more importantly you’re saying that you are going to resell that food to another customer, EVEN THOUGH it’s been at someone’s house? GROSS.

The guy I was dealing with was very nice and got my food done fairly quickly. I had the Steak and Bacon wrap. Not bad but wouldn't order it again. Nice place, enjoyed being there.
