Staff does not wear hair and beard nets
Bathroom was not clean.
Service was slow because a staff member was making a sub for himself and that was a focus instead of making food for customers

Food was good awful, ordered a cold cut through the app and picked it up. I had a few bites and it was disgusting, I smelt it after and it had an awful smell. Never coming here again

I walk in. Two people working. She’s on her phone. He disappears to the back. She sees me. Decides rifling through her pictures on her phone is more important. Keeps doing what she’s doing. So I stand there and say “what’s with this?!” Puts her phone down. I have to repeat 3 times what I want. I have a strong voice so it’s not cause I’m too quiet. Breakfast sandwich made. Ask for coffee (it’s 8am. Why wouldn’t there be coffee) she says nothing rings me up. I’m standing there and have to repeat “I asked for coffee” she says. Oh there is none. So I say why wouldn’t you say that then and leave. Never be back to this subway again and definitely deterring friends from stopping there. If you can’t understand plain English spoken clearly and loudly should you really be in business that depends on that?

Terrible lettuce quality while trying to blame it on "growing conditions." Meanwhile, lettuce in the city is perfectly fine. Probably ordered way too much and doesn't want to eat the cost. Would rather make someone sick than throw it out.
