We had Blue Haze before our wedding, and as a guest, it was one of our favourite wedding meals. Booking with them was a breeze. Everyone I communicated with was kind. We originally wanted a plated dinner and got quoted from three different catering services for 10-12k for 100 people. Buffet options were around 8-11k as well.

2025 post update still the best bbq in central Canada. No store location only a food catering truck .... Best bbq in mantoba by far. Maybe best in Central Canada.. pit Master is the best ... soo good

Amazon meat here! Has the food truck up in Gimli for the long weekend. Had the ribs and brisket sandwich. Unreal !! Would recommend checking the truck out. Also heard they do catering.
