I visited this Subway on October 2nd, and again on October 4th, and both visits were absolutely terrible.
On the 2nd, I specifically told the owner to toast all my subs for a longer period of time. He assured me that he did, but when I got home, it was obvious they hadn’t been toasted at all. When I asked him in person to confirm, he looked me in the eye and lied.
I gave them another chance on the 4th, and the same thing happened again. I asked the staff clearly to toast the subs longer than usual. They didn’t toast the first two at all, and when I went up to the counter to confront them, they toasted one sub in front of me but still insisted they had already toasted the others, which was obviously false.
This kind of behavior is dishonest, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, I strongly felt that I was being racially profiled and treated differently from other customers. That is absolutely unacceptable.
If this is how the owner trains or manages his employees, lying to customers and treating them unequally, then this location shouldn’t even be in business. I will never return here again, and I genuinely hope Subway corporate takes a serious look at how this franchise is being run.

This subway is convenient for people traveling south to the International Peace Gardens for a quick bite either going there or coming back. They will make you a salad from or like and one of the sandwiches. Enjoyed it when we stopped there.

Excellent! Friendly staff, fresh bread (0930), cold veg. Probably one of my best Subway experiences in a long time. I will be back and would recommend this place.
First visited this location about 2 weeks ago, we are from the States and I manage a Subway in ND, Canada has different stuff, then we do. Went again today, and the sandwiches we got were so good. Again we don’t have them. And the cookies were great. Stopped again before leaving Canada, bought another sandwich and more cookies, the confetti ones, and m&m chocolate chip! The guy was working both times, so pleasant. The gal was working the first time and was super pleasant. Highly recommend this Subway!
