I don’t leave reviews but I also didn’t realize ordering a drink and a donut in an empty store was a 40-minute commitment. The workers were in the back room talking and watching a show. Only one guy was actually working and he was mopping and super friendly. Someone finally made my drink and then I had to wait another 5 minutes just for them to grab my donut

More often then not my food order is wrong. I have had undercooked, runny eggs on my breakfast sandwiches when I clearly asked for no egg at all.

I wish I had my phone with me to show the toilet I HAD to CLEAN before using … piddle on the seat, fecal matter and blood were all under the seat.

Your staff is not doing their job when cleaning the bathroom. Gross!!

Just stayed at the hotel next door for a week. Went through the drive thru every morning, our family sized order was correct, hot and always ready before we got to the pick-up window. Great job staff. Wish it was like that in Ontario.

Very bad service, very very slow service waited almost 30 minutes at the drive thru service, asked the service crew why it took us 30 minutes wait, no explanation why, no apology just ignored us🥺🥲🥲🥲

We went for a quick stop just before watching the Winkler Harvest Parade, ordered IceCaps and muffins for the family. The Ice cap was not filled enough, for the price you pay and get
less, doesn't feel good leaving. I didn't bother asking to fill it up. I think they should know that's the purpose of the dome cover so it doesn't spill when mixed. They put less in the cup instead. Not a good impression from a new visitor to the area. Hope they don't do that to all their customers.

Ordered a twenty pack of Timbits with three flavours. Only about 4 of them were the correct flavors. Went in to let them know and they took Timbits out of our box (that we got in the drive thru and drove off with) and put them back on the shelf! They still managed to send us off with about 5 wrong Timbits.
