Pathetic. My brother went in with a fresh $20 gift card he received for Christmas. He ordered just about $20 worth of food on the “skip the line kiosk” and when swiping his gift card it said “approved” and his name showed up on the board. Suddenly his name was gone and when he asked a staff member for help they told him there was no balance on his gift card. Mind you this is over his lunch hour as he’s still in high school. I came and took his gift card and went to Tim’s to see if I could get it sorted. The staff couldn’t get through their heads what I was saying or understand me. He lost a whole $20 and they offered nothing for a refund or the food he ordered which he was depending on being his lunch. They told me there was no money on the card when he walked in the building, despite him taking it out of the gift card sleeve this morning for the first time and never having used it previously. So bloody pathetic. Won’t be back anytime soon.

- Staff aren't properly trained to provide a good customer service.
- Ordered an espresso and they gave me a cold and stale drink that was sitting on the espresso machine for who knows for how long (they didn'tmake it from scratch like other franchises do).
I didn't even argue because the staff that was taking my order had a nasty attitude from beginning.
Just left the premises and promised myself to never again go back to this Tim Hortons location.

Just went through the drive through.
Since the Tim's app had a deal for a croissant and a coffee for $3.49. As I drive up and scan the app, the price did not change.
And when I showed the lady the deal she said it only works for regular coffee so then I said okay. Then I will switch my order to a regular coffee. Try scanning again and still didn't work. Then she asked to see my phone I gave her my phone. She simply pressed on. Redeem my banked points to get the price to reduce. So now I'm out of points and never got the deal. That's the last time I'll let this place scam me

Just wanted to share an experience I had at the Carman Tim Hortons. I am a very regular customer and have had both good and bad/strange experiences. I ever was served a coffee/tea one time. Yes, they actually put a tea bag in a cup of coffee! I must say though that today's experience made me very upset. There was a man that came and grabbed my order/bag of food, and didn't even hesitate for one minute. In his mind that bag was his!!!! I thought, okay? He must know for sure that this was his. A few minutes later he came back and said that it wasn't his order. A worker came from the back at that moment and called his order. He took it and proceeded to give me the bag he took. He said he didn't touch it but my food was totally unwrapped and I am sure he touched it. I wanted to ask for a new order but didn't have time as I was already late for work. I just threw the food out as I was very disgusted. I would really appreciate being compensated as this really grossed me out.🤮

I honestly don’t understand why there is so many negative reviews.
It’s a timmies.
99% of the time, it’s really good!
Muffins are always fresh and the staff are really nice here.
