If you enjoy eggshells and an incorrectOrder due to incompetence you’ve come to the right location. Can’t say I’ll ever go back to this tim Hortons. This has been the 10th time I’ve gotten eggshell in my food. When will you fire the person cooking if they’re is constant issues? Making an egg isn’t that hard. The drive through worked named LEAH is the rudest person you’ll ever meet. It’s gotten to the point the manager is rude because she doesn’t know how to do her job properly. Maybe don’t hire a 12 year old to manage an establishment. This will be the last time I go to the carman location it is terrible

I've found hair in my coffee I was very disappointed but was driving buy the next day and decided to give them an other chance and found hair again in my coffee I can't believe I have to be even saying this never coming back there again.

Well I wouldn't know how my chili taste because they didn't give me a spoon and my my bun is rock hard but I don't have any butter to put on it even if they gave me a knife. I was driving back towards Winnipeg and figured it would cool off enough so I'll pull over and eat it but I have nothing to eat it with am I supposed to drink the chili?

I just ordered from the drive thru in Carmen approx.12:10pm Nov 3,2023.The drive thru person was very rude, did not give us our full order until we told her she forgot the coffee, also insisted we had napkins when we didn’t and did not give us a receipt to formally complain on a Tim Hortons site.My breakfast sandwich was not toasted and was on a dry English muffin . So weird and gross.My HOT pumpkin spice latte was NOT hot. This is the worst service and order I have received at a Tim’s.Do better!

The Tim Hortons was bright and worker was busy washing the floor! Only 2 customers in the Store!! My only complaint is that the bathroom should have the sink, walls and door handles wiped down every 4 hours at least!! It looked like the sink had not been cleaned in days

Worst experience ever would not recommend anyone to go there. Went through drive thru repeated are order 4 times. Then at the window the lady working promised us she got the order right we got are order and it was completely wrong. I went in to change it and they treated me like I was wrong and then took 10 min to fix it and got no apology or nothing very pathetic.
