Renovations look great but they're still one of the only A&W's in MB that won't provide you a coupon book on request or scan a coupon book that is expired. (It's the same barcode in new or old books and will give the current sale price) in other words they're gatekeepers of the sale prices and will sometimes even take your coupons even if the book doesn't have dots for ripping. Oh and they close the plate breakfast menu before 11am sometimes.

We wait for coupons as it's pricey, but much better quality than what you would get at McDonalds. Teen burger tasted fresh, loaded with toppings and sweet potato fries were very good.

Onion rings drenched in seasoning salt or whatever seasoning they use on them,you could even see all the seasoning on some. Could not eat. Took a couple bites of the chubby chicken burger and something didn't taste right. Threw it and onion rings in garbage. Had issues with stomach later. Definitely never eating at that location again and probably not at a&w for a long time.

We went to this location after finishing up a camping trip in Riding mountain on 06 July. We ordered a bunch of things like we usually do and wanted to try a Cold beverage that was recently introduced?? It was the Mango passionfruit Icer. And honest to god it was absolutely horrendous. We let the server know but apparently you cannot 'express' nor ask for a refund when a drink not only not meet your expectations but it is awful. I order from AW very regularly but this experience was bad hence the negative rating. This locations needs to do better customer service..

The A&W in northern Manitoba has seen a significant decline in service quality, despite upholding commendable standards in food preparation. My visit occurred during the Country Fest festival, which may have exacerbated operational challenges. I ordered two Teen Burger combos with a side of chipotle mayo, upgraded to onion rings, and included drinks, totaling just under $40. The food was expertly prepared, served at the ideal temperature, and was both visually appealing and delicious. However, the service was notably deficient, overall substandard customer experience. Furthermore, the restaurant’s cleanliness was appalling, significantly diminishing the visit’s quality. While the food quality remains a highlight, the service and hygiene standards demand immediate attention and improvement. I think I will start choosing competitors.
Dropped in for a breakfast biscuit with my friend. I tried the spicy chicken biscuit and found it to be very good, not too much spice but a great change from the usual bacon or sausage. Staff need to understand coffee with cream should not come out looking and tasting like lukewarm milk with some coffee in it, staff put too much cream in the coffee when it is supposed to be a single shot.
