“2 tills every one is occupied behind the counter. 5-6 people standing in line waiting to have someone at the till to take their order. Might be short staffed? Unknown.
There should be someone at the till designate. Why should l be standing in line for 5 mins minimum or more at times waiting? Almost walked out a few times already. And l am not the only one noticing“
