Ordered takeout. Showed up and nobody at host counter. Eventually got my order, no utensils (asked for them). The Mac and cheese was gross - frozen from Walmart is better. I thought Boston Pizza had better standards and quality control. Ugh.

We had a work event that we pre ordered for to accommodate a shorter working lunch. The manager was very accommodating. Our food came on time at arrival and our server was excellent. Great food and service.

The lunch steak on garlic toast was soooo good I’m calling it amazing. The service was great although I’m not a fan of workers talking other languages around customers, seems rude.I would recommend the steaks to any steak lover. Great job chef and I hope to get you again.

Both myself and my friend had the Big Dipper, love the sandwich, I am finding the fries are becoming less, and I also find that the Au jue amount is shrinking too. It is hard to dip your sandwich in the small cup. I feel that the beef should be a little more thinner slices, but more meat in the bun. This is really my favorite meal at BPs so when I put that suggestion, it isn't that it's bad, but I think it would make the meat tender as it's thin slices, and it may give it the melt in your mouth sensation when cut thinner.Service was OK, I feel that anywhere you go, they are slowing down and not looking at time. I know it's not fast food, but when paying over 46 dollars for two plates of the big dipper, you may not feel like you need to wait about 20 min to have your meal. Especially when it wasn't busy.I need to remember to take a picture of it next time. Sorry.Dietary restrictions: They serve gluten-free options.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menuWheelchair accessibility: They have one wheel chair parking spot.

Jam was an incredible server. Had the “Triple Play” appie. Got our plates, cutlery, napkins & everything we required to enjoy our meal prior to the arrival of our order. Refreshing & appreciated! Not busy when we arrived, watched 2 staff members see us enter and after 3 to 5 minutes had to ask if we seated ourselves. Service was poor and slow again had to ask for drink refills and other things. Food wasn't that great.

Worst BP I’ve been to. Service is awful and the drafts all taste sour because they don’t clean their draft lines. They started vacuuming 2 hours before close while we were still eating.
Good food, decent service. A little pricey but good just the same. Washrooms are a little grubby, and flies are bad in the summer.

Tropical Chicken pizza, hot spinach & artichoke dip, with a long Island, just hit the spot. Hadn't been there in years and was pleased to discover the flavors hadn't changed. So good.

Really slow service. We were finished our meals when my friend received hers. I had no onions in my French onion soup. Portions are huge but I'd rather pay less because it was Impossible to finish! They compensated my friend by giving her 50% off the dish she ordered. For some reason the roast beef was tough and chewy as if it was just microwaved and tossed on the bun on the roast beef dip.

I’m Driver for Brandon Bus Lines . A member of staff at this Boston Pizza saw me sitting in the bus asked if I was hungry , had a small cheese pizza with dipping sauce taken out to me!!!!! I was waiting for my hockey team that went in for supper….. THANK yOU Boston Pizza
