First off id like to say all 3 of the menus they have up are outdated so everything is crossed off so, not only do you have no idea what they offer you also have no idea how much anything costs. I was shocked when I was charged $17.36 for two drinks, that’s about $8.68 per drink?!
For that price, I expected at least decent sized same sized drinks. Nope. One was clearly smaller than the other but, I still thought, “At least it will taste good.” Again, nope. I ordered an iced matcha latte, and as a longtime matcha enthusiast, I can say this was the WORST matcha latte I’ve ever had. It tasted nothing like real matcha definitely not authentic, poorly made, and possibly even expired.
It honestly breaks my heart to leave this review because, I used to love this place but the quality and consistency have dropped so much. I really hope they turn things around, I won’t be coming back until they do.

Drove here specifically for bubbly tea because I called ahead and they said yes they have it... Got there and no tapioca and it was warm and boring for nine dollars!! Also the service had attitude. DisappointingThe previous time we spent 15 dollars on coffee and couldn't even drink it

I am particular with coffee so this is more to do with how I would like my coffee. Nothing against the coffee shop. I found the latte a little too sweet, and was a little surprised the cost difference between cinnamon powder and vanilla versus just vanilla. Also the size of the cup, though it was medium it was still a small so the cost of the beverage I felt was a little over price since it wasn't that great. Not sure the syrup brand you get but it felt a little cheap tasting.Please again it's nothing personal just my preference.

Stopped for ice cream today. The vanilla soft serve was definitely "off". It was inedible, the texture and taste seemed like it had been thawed and refrozen numerous times. The color was yellow and it was gritty. The peanuts on the sundae tasted rancid. Had to throw our orders out. Very disappointed. Will not chance it again
We used to always love going here. Yesterday we splurged and spent $15 to buy two smoothies and they were disgusting. It’s like they weren’t blended enough and were just liquid with chunks, not at all all how a smoothie should be. We tried to drink them all but they were so gross we ended up throwing over half or each away. Such a disappointment. The staff was very polite and kind though and the drinks we’ve gotten in the past have been good (espresso freeze is my favorite).

The wraps are served hot, which was completely unexpected (hot ceaser salad?? NO thanks!) At the very least, please let your customers know it'll be served hot, or even better, give them an option of choosing hot or cold.... The Americano with a bit of cream was served more like cream with a bit of coffee. When a customer orders an Americano, it's because they prefer very strong coffee....the cream is to take the edge off, not dominate. I've had better coffee at McDonald's. On a sidenote, the menu font is extremely small and so difficult to read. I love supporting local, and the owner is very nice....this review is meant to help improve the business.
