I never get consistency with my food here. Sometimes its great, sometimes it seems like it was literally slapped together. I couldnt help but notice the kitchen workers wore no hair nets or gloves, which I find concerning. What really upsets me is the low quality toilet paper. It's thinner than paper; An indicator to me that an establish doesn't really care — seemingly simple but actually quite significant.

I recently visited Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The food was fresh, delicious, and served with care. I especially enjoyed the wide variety of menu options, from their perfectly grilled burgers to the creamy, indulgent Blizzards that never disappoint.

Simple order, coffee, tea, pop,one medium sundae. Gave the cup for the self serve pop and had to wait ten minutes for the rest of the order to arrive. They need to turn on the heat in their dining room, not one patron removed their coat while eating because it was noticeably cold.

I ordered through the Eat24 app which is great! This is the second time they didn’t bag my gravy and first time I called them about it, so first of all the bagger claimed to put the gravy in the bag which makes me a liar who wants my $2 back or something 🙄. Then was asked to call next time before I order so apparently they need a heads up not to mess up an order. Won’t be going there again, there are much better options in town

Very disappointed in our order. Bac/chz double combos. Burgers were cold and barely cooked. French fry containers were half empty. We live in the country and did take out. So we saw the order when we got home. If I was in town I would have drove back.

Dairy Queens were once a happy place for all but this one feels like walking into a funeral home or something. The staff are not pleasant and rush you to order but they aren’t even busy. Food is ok. There are much better Dairy Queens with better owners and staff.
