Quality is inconsistent. Sometimes, the chicken is bland and lacking herbs/spices. KFC has deteriorated substantially. The gravy is like pepper flavored dishwater. The chicken pieces are extremely small. Other chicken franchises offer much better quality and value. It's amazing that KFC hasn't gone bankrupt.

Before my order was even ready I asked to order a festive famous chicken sandwich since I had never seen it before just the sandwich and I got told I just ordered the last 2 original chickens for the sandwiches lmao at 6pm out of your main seller sandwich? I call garbage and laziness I won't be back and after receiving my order we came to find they used zinger patties for the 2 famous chicken sandwiches I ordered for me and my wife not only did I get ripped off I was lied to sorry your a fast food restaurant at 6pm on a sat thx a lot will not be back!
I ordered online family bucket, when came home there were absolutely no dippings and sauces. It supposed to come with 3 . I m staying I. Hotel where I don’t have sauces and stuff. When called the store , they were rude and said I have to go back to get dipping because they forgot put them in a bag. Wow

I have eaten kfc in Dauphin for years. Since the last 5 years the food quality has gone down dramatically. Yesterday I ordered a poutine and there is hardly any gravy, fries were soggy. The gravy is tasteless watery almost. This is not KFC gravy. The chicken has hardly any coating and is it dripping in greasy, the skin is still slimy. I made my last order yesterday and will never order from Dauphin KFC again!!
