The staff was not helpful at all upon ordering. I wanted to use my coupons within the app and pay cash but the cashier did not want to use the coupon codes that were on the coupon flyer although they had coupon codes behind the till. I’ve conducted this type of ordering at other locations with ease. Why obtaining by beverage I noticed the ice maker stopped making ice. I asked the same individual could I get ice at the other ice maker and my request was declined.

Chicken skin was greasy and soggy. Gravy tasted like package gravy and was watered down. Service was ok but it was like they didn’t care about the customers. Would not recommend or ever go there again. It was enough that 3 people were sick that night and next day. When it’s the only thing eaten that day it’s easy to see where it came from.

Quality is inconsistent. Sometimes, the chicken is bland and lacking herbs/spices. KFC has deteriorated substantially. The gravy is like pepper flavored dishwater. The chicken pieces are extremely small. Other chicken franchises offer much better quality and value. It's amazing that KFC hasn't gone bankrupt.

KFC should be out of business by now. The Colonel would not be proud. Dauphin Manitoba KFC can be great or it can be gross. It's always a surprise. Often, a rather unpleasant one.
