Ordered a 1/4 pounder with extra pickles and onions and got no pickles or onions. Complained and they “fixed” it by giving a new one. That one had pickles and no onions. Manager refused to offer anything other than a replacement after two screw ups. Needs new management to go with the new design.

They just did updstes inside, and it is the worst ever. They took away room so if your in a line now your were people are trying to eat, no getting your own drink. A massive space behind the counter that isn't used for anything. Just when you think they would improve they got worse change back for the better McDonald's

This is not good thing what they are doing with their staff member there was only one person is working at night at mac donalds dauphin at 30 december 2023 due to which service is very slow and that poor guy handling a long list of orders by himself this is totally unfair with him and with customers aa well.I think the owners needs to give more staff members which is helpful for both of them .This is too much to handle by one person.

It was weird, lunch time so about the time they should have everything cooking/ready for fast food. They put me in a waiting spot for 30sec before handing my food. Idk why they couldnt just wait for it in the drive thru. Food was hot n fresh, but idk why the waiting stall for 30sec
