I had an excellent experience at Tim Hortons in Dauphin! The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and efficient, even during busy hours. My order was prepared quickly and exactly how I like it. The coffee was fresh and hot, and the food was delicious and well-made.

I always enjoy visiting Tim Hortons Dauphin, especially for my favorite Brown Sugar Iced Latte—it’s smooth, perfectly balanced, and refreshing every time. I am only visiting for a couple days and my second morning going in they knew my order. Savi you are wonderful!
Every day when I visit, I observe that everyone is assisting the drive-through and that no one is concerned about the inside customers! I had to wait in line the entire break. Additionally, I never get the correct order when I go through the drive-through; there is always a problem. I'll submit one review every day if someone tries to hide it or remove it. i just need the explanation Is drive thru customer more important than inside one?

2 tills every one is occupied behind the counter. 5-6 people standing in line waiting to have someone at the till to take their order. Might be short staffed? Unknown. There should be someone at the till designate. Why should l be standing in line for 5 mins minimum or more at times waiting? Almost walked out a few times already. And l am not the only one noticing
