Got a table inside. All the tables were dirty. Service for a hot chocolate, black coffee & iced coffee took a while. Iced coffee came out wrong size & made with cream (requested milk).

While doing a cross country road trip in the middle of Winter, I needed to stop by for fuel and food. I was serviced by Allana in the Tim Hortons. Her warm, friendly and welcoming attitude and smile brightened the day and reminded me of a time when going to Tim Hortons was an absolute pleasure.

It’s a shame that I likely won’t ever get to visit this location again simply due to the fact that I live in Vancouver, but I just hope that Allana’s and the rest of the staff’s hard work and good attitude are appreciated.

Staff were all super friendly. The restaurant was very clean. Just not a fan of the food. The breakfast sandwiches were dry but the coffees were good.

Front counter staff were quick however staff doing the food prep were slow bun was toasted then microwaved, the meat in the cravable was cold , way to much sauce on it . With the amount of staff just walking around the food should have come out quicker .

Absolutely the friendliest Tim Hortons I’ve ever visited! The staff are always welcoming, and my food and drinks have consistently come out fresh and made just right. Every visit feels like a positive experience, and it truly sets the standard for how great service should be everywhere.

Amazing staff truly, we were heading back to Winnipeg after a wedding and needed some coffee, we pulled in not realizing they were seconds from closing and they welcomed us in and made us fresh coffees. 1000% recommend this stop on your travels

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at one of your locations earlier today, around 7:00 AM.
As a regular customer, I often visit Tim Hortons in the morning to purchase a coffee or a steeped tea. I always make a point to ask whether the coffee is from a fresh pot before ordering. Today, when I inquired, the employee at the front counter (a Filipino lady ) assured me that the coffee was fresh. I then ordered a steeped tea, double-double.
However, when she gave me steep tea and upon taking a sip, I found it to be cold. When I returned to the counter to explain the issue, the staff member responded in a rude and argumentative manner. Rather than apologizing or offering a replacement, she told me she would give me black coffee so I could check its temperature myself. I found this response unprofessional and disappointing.
Due to the poor attitude and cold coffee, I left the cup on the counter and walked away without it, as I did not feel comfortable continuing the interaction.
I expect better customer service from Tim Hortons. Employees should be trained to handle such situations with professionalism and courtesy. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that steps are taken to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience.
