Showed up for breakfast and had to wait twenty minutes for bread to be made. Wish subways had a better ventilation system so you don't smell like the store when you leave. Food was worth the trouble.

I love subway restaurant over all. I tried their Little Italy Foot Long Sub. It was awesome. Love the cheese used in this sandwich and the chicken used was tender and had flavour. The guy who made my sandwich didn't rush and paid attention.

I've had good experiences and bad ones there. They tend to mess up orders when you order online. When doing bulk ordering for the company I work for, they have forgotten to ring up drinks we ordered, therefore making someone go back to get the drinks and pay for them - which is a big inconvenience. It was their fault it was forgotten since its all ready packaged up by the time we arrive to get it, and i believe those forgotten drinks should have been free due to the inconvenience. Anytime I have done a bulk order, I have gone in a day or two before with a copy of our order to give to them so there should not be any mix ups, or short any food for our orders, but for some reason there has been. I really don't like the paper straws so I try to not get fountain drinks even though I prefer that over bottles. Bring back plastic straws. I think they should be changing gloves after each sandwich that is made and have tongs for each food to put on each order for allergy purposes. Other than those issues, I enjoy their subs and will continue to go back.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies to choose from.Parking: Main Street is a busy place and sometimes hard to find parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs to get into the doors

Never have multiple selections of bread, not to polite. Do not know the types of subs they sell and what goes on them. The tables and chairs are dirty, even when no one is in the restaurant.

No cookies, No ice, No fountain drinks and poor customer service. What ever happened to the Cafe part ? Obviously poorly managed.

In the last few months we have been disappointed with the food and service. Staff is not trained in customer service. Communication issues with staff is frustrating. Food quantity and quantity has changed recently. Not sure if there is a new owner...but a trained manager is badly needed.

Got the new Spicy Chicken and it was amazing! I placed my order online beforehand which was a good thing as there was a lineup almost out the door.My sub was also falling apart and didn't look the greatest but it tasted delicious.

Normally I love Subway. But this was a unique experience. I guess it didn't help I visited around 8pm on a Sunday and they closed at 9. They literally had 1.5 sub buns left.. so no choice there. Toppings and condiments were extremely limited. The dude behind the counter wasn't going to the back to hope anything . It was kinda a busy. I get shrink control, and it was end of day in a small town, but hardly what i would call customer centric or up to the usual brand standard.
