If you want to have taste in you food this is the place to eat at! And you get a good size of portions.We only use take out. Usually once a month. Sometimes more.Recommend to anyone in the area and if you are not close by it’s worth the drive to Gimli!Just talking about it makes me want to have the food..
We are new to gimli area and wanted to have Chinese food for supper. We’ve tried mask restaurants and didn’t like it. We gave comodo in gimli and was very satisfied. Big portions, great tasting from the chicken dishes to beef and shrimp and vegetable mixed entrees were great too. Can be compared to four season in Winnipeg and it’s as good if not better. A small family run restaurant. Good service. No fancy decor. Does need some upgrades. But we came here to eat. We have ordered individual dishes. Our favourite Lemon Chicken, the Deluxe Cantonese Noodles and Dry Fried ribs. We usually get the buffet. Not huge. But a decent selection of tasty homemade Chinese food at a reasonable price.
