sad to say this was my first and last time here... very very expensive for the size of food portions.. a cesar salad with about 3 leaves of lettuce was 15.00 extras are $4 more... 2 tiny pieces of garlic and cheese bread is 10.. thats about $100 a loaf of bread.. alcohol is another killer.. even night clubs dont charge 15 a drink... i said something to my server and she says i just work here... and too be forced to tip 18% on top of it all is ridiculous... there was a group of us and everyone was floored at the prices and the little portions of food.. your in a small town

I love to support local and try to make it at least once a week. Made sure to let family and friends know about it. Went on Saturday during their Anniversary. Gentleman was handing out glasses asked waitress about a glass was told it was only for family/friends. That was enough for me to stop me from going including finishing my drink and going else where for supper and a new sweatshirt. You have lost a valued customer.

Came here for a work dinner. Very simple and stylish interior. Great service, great beer. I had the fish tacos and a dill salad. Both were top notch! This place is definitely worth a visit when you're in Gimli.

I really wanted to like this place, but the experience was disappointing. The fish itself was local pickerel, which was the one redeeming factor, but everything else fell short. The fries were clearly generic Sysco and had that bland, mass-produced taste. The tartar sauce was unusually sweet, with almost no horseradish flavor, and oddly had shredded carrots mixed in—more confusing than complimentary.
The atmosphere wasn’t much better. The bar top was sticky and honestly gross. When I sat down at the rooftop bar, a staff member came over and started sweeping directly around my chair—even though it was just a couple of leaves. The strange part was the rest of the rooftop was covered in leaves and debris, and right beside me there was a massive spider web.
At least the beer was good, rooftop patio has a view of the lake
Overall, not worth the price or the hype. A real letdown.

Best burger week burger!! The pickled Saskatoons was amazing on the bison burger! Such a super cute place too. The wait for food was fairly long... But the staff are quite friendly. Had unique beer options!

Worst service ever. I'm not sure how their food tastes because we were never served our food. Here's what happened:
Waitress #1 took our order. She brought us our drinks, but never showed up again. An hour later a male server came by to ask us if we wanted to order. We told him that we ordered food an hour earlier. He checked and it hadn't even been put in.
So backtracking a bit, while waiting on waitress#1 to come back, waitress #2 comes by and asks if we need anything. We said we ordered food but need more drinks. She came back with one drink and argued with me that I only ordered one drink. She did bring us the other drink. The bartender, to his and the restaurant's credit, did comp us a drink.
The restaurant comped us the drink (minus the flight of beer), so that is why I can't give them my own personal 0/5. (Google won't let you rate 0).
My personal review is 1 out of 5.
They do have yummy beer.

I had a very disappointing experience at Interlake Brewing CO in Gimli. We chose to sit on the upstairs patio, but to my surprise, I was told that there is no table service there. Instead, I had to walk up to the bartender myself to place food orders. As someone with mobility limitations, this was extremely inconvenient and disrespectful. I find it unacceptable that a restaurant would not provide proper service for all guests, regardless of where they are seated. It felt dismissive toward customers, and it made my visit very unpleasant. I do not recommend this place. Management should seriously reconsider their approach and hire or assign servers for the upstairs patio as well. Until then, I strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant

Great selection of food and beer and quick service! Had the smoked turkey sandwich with Greek salad - super tasty! Loved the homemade pickle that came on the side! Great for kids, couple of meal options for them and had some coloring which is key for toddler entertainment! Also appreciated the change station for babes. Sorry for the crying baby last night and thank you for your kindness! lol would recommend and will definitely go back (hopefully without tears next time 😂)!
