Gave this 1 star because there was no option for 0. I bought a pack of monster cookies from here and to say I am disappointed would be an understatement at the very least. The dough used is 100% ordered in bulk and NOT homemade first of all. Secondly there was ZERO peanut butter in the cookies. Tasted like the subway chocolate chip cookies or the cookie dough sold by “moms pantry”. Definitely NOT MONSTER COOKIES. $8.10 for a pack of cookies that aren’t even what they say to be on the same package is unacceptable. I’m appalled at the quality of baked goods that this bakery is claiming to be homemade. The quality is minimal at best. Will not buy again. It’s concerning how such a reputable business has fallen so short. Do better.

I was at my aunts for the night and when we were sitting down and watching tv she got some of there chocolate chip cookies from the bakery, we were talking about it, and to be honest very disappointed they are 10x smaller then they use to be and tasted and had the consistency of raw cookie dough, and still the same price, we Bot agreed that if we wanted bearly cooked cookie dough we would have gone to the store and bought so pre-packaged dough from the store, they have gone completely down hill with the new owners

Visited on a Saturday afternoon and there was very little to choose from compared to the photos. It would have been ok if pics hadn't set our expectations so much higher. We didn't find what was available all that enticing, so we went elsewhere. It was very clean. Person working was readily available but didn't greet us.

Very disappointed in thier Boston cream donuts. They were flat oddly shaped not a very good presentation. And selling at regular price . I think they should be lower in price after all you want to put your best foot forward.
