we ordered 12 pieces of chicken MEAL. the meal consists of 2 large boxes of fries and coleslaw. a 3 piece chicken dinner consists of 2 ice cream scoops of mashed potatoes.
our guests do not like fries and so we asked about mashed potatoes instead. the cook had to message the manager. my husband is furious on the way home now because we got 2 small containers of mashed potatoes and we wwre charged extra for the mashed potatoes. so not only did we not grt equivalent of mashed potatoes to fries for the MEAL we ordered, we did not get the equivalent of mashed potatoes that 4 three piece dinners include AND we were charged for each small container of mashed potatoes!!! NOT ENOUGH TO FEED OUT GUESTS OR US!!!!! this is not good business practice at all. Another restaurant off our list and all social media will warned not to frequent this place.

The fries are very good. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Poutine and the taco Poutine were very good! The Menno Poutine was good but small in portion size. The Cheeseburgers are good but fairly basic. The wings are very good! Atmosphere in the dining area is slightly below average only due to it being smaller in size. Overall a good experience and will definitely be ordering from here again!

We ordered a pizza, a taco bowl and poutine.
The pizza was great, they had no taco bowl and asked if corn chips were ok, however when I got my plate there were virtually no corn chips and the dish was 75% lettuce.
The fries were ok but the gravy tasted burnt as if it wasn't stirred often enough.
Not terrible by any means but could use a bit more attention to detail.

Some employee’s seem naturally distracted or disappointed to have customers. I got ignored as a costumer for both coffee and Mennonite poutine order. But, I still would tip. No rude service ever, only distracted.
Patio Grill is always clean. Great food. We had the poutine’s, Nacho platter.

While I was visiting this restaurant I Thoroughly enjoyed the food. But the customer service was kinda lacking. I would say the atmosphere reminds me of a small family owned Diner, kinda because it is so that's nice. Overall I liked the food and I would say it is a good place to go for some calm dining.
I was staying at my aunts and we were in the mood for take out, I’ve gone to patio for years since I was 4, we ordered nachos and chicken, when we called we asked for extra cheese and jalapeños on the nachos the man who answered the phone said that he would do that, we get the food drive home and too our surprise there is bearly if any cheese on the nachos and no jalapeños, we were kinda of upset because the food was extremely expensive, when we called back to get an explanation, a women answered the phone and said “mmm ok we’ll make new ones ig, and sorry we don’t have Jalapeño , we hope back in the car after another 30-40 min the restaurant was absolutely dead, I walked in there to grab the new ones and the person who gave me them gave me a very weird look and turned away,

The food is great. The service is great. The atmosphere is not too bad. They got two 60-in TVs if you want to watch the game. But I got a question as how in my picture that posted, construed as a small poutine. This is considered a large everywhere else. I asked for a large (not complaining) How is that a small? They gave me two poutines in lieuI got a large pepperoni mushroom pizza and every time I order it's always great.
