While I was visiting this restaurant I Thoroughly enjoyed the food. But the customer service was kinda lacking. I would say the atmosphere reminds me of a small family owned Diner, kinda because it is so that's nice. Overall I liked the food and I would say it is a good place to go for some calm dining.
I was staying at my aunts and we were in the mood for take out, I’ve gone to patio for years since I was 4, we ordered nachos and chicken, when we called we asked for extra cheese and jalapeños on the nachos the man who answered the phone said that he would do that, we get the food drive home and too our surprise there is bearly if any cheese on the nachos and no jalapeños, we were kinda of upset because the food was extremely expensive, when we called back to get an explanation, a women answered the phone and said “mmm ok we’ll make new ones ig, and sorry we don’t have Jalapeño , we hope back in the car after another 30-40 min the restaurant was absolutely dead, I walked in there to grab the new ones and the person who gave me them gave me a very weird look and turned away,

The food is great. The service is great. The atmosphere is not too bad. They got two 60-in TVs if you want to watch the game. But I got a question as how in my picture that posted, construed as a small poutine. This is considered a large everywhere else. I asked for a large (not complaining) How is that a small? They gave me two poutines in lieuI got a large pepperoni mushroom pizza and every time I order it's always great.

Well this time was a disaster from the time we go there till the time we left. My wife ordered a cheeseburger and I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries. When we got our food my wife’s order was wrong, a chicken burger and my double cheeseburger wasn’t fully cooked. Both Pattie’s were pink inside which is not allowed here. The fries were unsalted and overcooked. When we complained about our food we had to wait another ten minutes to talk to someone. We then told them about the problem and that we didn’t want to eat here. The person at the till replied we will just charge you for the beverages. We were appalled that they would ask for any payment and no apology. We will not be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Hope they hire a new cook who knows how to prepare food properly.

My husband ordered a double cheeseburger platter with no onions. His burgers were PINK!
After a lengthy wait, manager on duty, another young lady, charged us only for our two canned drinks. No apology. No excuses. We’re not returning. Clearly they don’t need our business. And more importantly, they clearly don’t care.
