Food is typical over priced fast food. Asked for the free a&w suckers for my children and got huge attitude back from the female operating the till. There’s plenty of other places to get food. I would suggest going anywhere else.

We are customers (2) that attend Headingley location often after shift at Thunder Rapids. We apologize for ordering 40 bucks of food at about 930pm, and eat it inside. Staff has been very annoyed with us lately for leaving shortly after 10pm. (closing time), and we were warned not to do this again, and to show up earlier. Sorry to the staff at A&W, we will head over to Denny's next time.

Headingly location. Extremely dry and flavorless teen burger. Two visits in a row now. And cold onion rings with no seasoning salt. An overfilled drink that was leaking at the lid seal. It's like this place is against their own seasoning salt. $22 for a dry and bland meal. Enjoy!

Staff are horrendous!! everytime i order a plain chicken burger comes with mayo! today not only did they give me a hard time and try to say we didn't order it properly, when i went back they sat there scrolling back through their till to see if i actually ordered it! made the line up wait 10 minutes for something that was originally their mistake! Garbage service

I ordered a whistle dog remembering how good they were I didn’t like my first bite. The hotdog tasted like it was steamed. It’s sliced down the middle but there is no way (in my opinion) the hotdog is being grilled. The bun was fantastic. I won’t be ordering another one unfortunately.
