So far atmosphere is good, not that homey though, steel grey colours and high ceilings (voices are loud). Rueben was not the traditional thickness (very thin sandwich)… skimpy in chicken in mozzarella chicken burger… fries are not home made.It took forever to get food… and in a Tuesday night!!Not coming back…Too bad cuz the menu looked awesome!!!

Nice breakfast. Great service. This is my first time there after their renovation . Prices are comparable to everywhere else. Service was great. I'm not sure considering the aging clientele why the don't carry marmalade!! Quite disappointing.

My boyfriend and I stopped in after an eventful day at HSC as he used to stop in with his work and raved about this place. Unfortunately our experience was less than adequate. I always try to be understanding and gracious as I have been in the service industry for years but this was incredibly disappointing. The experience started off pleasant but quickly went downhill as we sat. Our waitress, a young girl with glasses had dropped our food off and we never saw her again. Though she was still present in the back, maybe she was busy yet the manager on duty and the other waitress present had no intent to take initiative either. Especially with the manager sitting on her phone in the closed section. No one checked on our table, cleared our plates or came around for my boyfriend to even get a box for his leftovers. I ordered the grilled chicken that came with surprise leftover onions from whatever was cooked on the grill prior. The side veggies were dry. No bill was presented at the table. We initially wanted to order dessert even after the lackadaisical service, but it was quite clear that no staff in the building were going to be coming back to our table.Maybe the lunch time crowd is the best time of day.

One of the best breakfasts in the city (OK, slightly outside Wpg). Price is great; all-day breakfast is a great idea. "Worth the trip" doesn't just apply to cities that sell vehicles. (Looking at you, Steinbach). This place is popular for many reasons--having your server refer to two 70+ seniors as "boys" added to the pleasantries. Noisy at times but bearable. $9.95 for two eggs, super potatoes with onions, three excellent rashers of bacon (partner had two ham slices), & usual toast. Coffee = A+.

One of my favorite restaurants in Manitoba. Very good portions, friendly staff and amazing food. If you’re a sports fan there is some neat memorabilia on display. High recommend eating
