This subway is absolutely terrible. Every week there internet goes down or the debit machine doesn’t work. How about investing in new machines or better service.

I order a sub on call and when i go for the pickup and pay and ask for order he simply say I didn’t make it beca I can’t here you properly on call. I am on break from my work and came here for food what’s that bullshit if you didn’t hear me at that time you can ask me to repeat. Such unprofessional and mannerless employee . Its 2 aug and 7:pm , manager needs to train him again. The worst place i ever think to visit.

Rude server, first thing he told us is that they are out of bread at 4:00 pm - (but had 1 white ft long and 1 6 inch whole wheat) was basicly pissed off - didn’t offer napkins or any kind of chat at all. Made us feel like a total inconvenience in his day. Then before we left he was throwing around pans and swearing. Actually very scary individual. People went in after us and were turned away. Every table was dirty so we went out and ate in our vehicle. Won’t be back and don’t recommend you go there.

Staff is always friendly and food is always fresh when I come. Staff remember me when I come in as “the onion guy” cuz I always get a pile of onions and triple toast! They let me load up my sandwich and don’t skimp on toppings, always leaving my large appetite satisfied! Usually come in with my young kids and staff is always kind, actually communicate with them and listen to their sandwich building instructions. One of my favourite places to eat and get good value for the dollar

Wow!! I have had many extremely good dining experiences… & many places are hard to please my expectations…. but Ben the worker at this subway in headingley made my experience a core memory of how good, quick, & efficient he was at handling me & 3 other people’s orders all by himself. I definitely would recommend this place if Ben is working!!!
