Me and my husband went to eat here the other night and we had the best customer service! I believe his name was Zachary and he was so polite and very friendly. When he was building our sandwiches when it came to the veggies he asked “is this good, or would you like a little more?” And same when he did the sauces! I’ve never had an experience at a subway where they offer more instead most try and skimp out on the toppings! He was awesome!

I walked into my local subway late at night feeling quite drained and hungry. I got a sub I was Short five bucks, but then Jessica came in clutch she gave me $5 out of her own pocket She was very nice and was delighted to have made my sub give her an immediate raise

We walked in, and we were greeted by 3 teenage/young adult guys behind the counter! They were so friendly and the atmosphere was the best I’ve ever experienced in a subway. All of them were very kind and helpful and they were all great at their job! I will definitely be coming back here!! Great job guys :)

A bunch of high schools “working” here. there friends sit here there whole shift and judge every customer than walks in. wouldn’t recommend going here :)

Extremely rude girl—will NEVER order from here. I showed her the app for a buy one get one free sandwich and she said they « don’t know how the app works »!!!
Maybe the manager should start hiring people who are at least LITERATE!!!! Very RUDE!! Reading other reviews—-I’m not the only one! I would like to hear from the manager!

I ordered 2 subs on a mobile order at dinner time. When I arrived it was obvious the two ladies behind the counter were busy. Their attitudes were extremely positive and sincere. They apologized while trying to organize and get everything in order. These girls deserve 5 stars alone. It was incredibly stressful but they handled it professionally and were really trying their best. I was a bit worried the subs wouldn’t be as good if they were rushing but it was the total opposite! They were perfect! Those girls deserve a raise!!

The staff deserve five stars, they’ve always been exceptionally friendly. The bread has been stale five times in a row. I’m not sure what’s going on here, but that’s on the owners. Get it figured out!

Called for a platter (which is made up of about 6 basic subs cut in half). Found the lady taking my call to be rude and shut me down immediately by telling me that she needs 24hr notice to make this. This is what we buy from Subway regularly for our family of 6! This is the first time we were turned away, so we went to our usual place - St Norbert who are always happy to accommodate :)
