I ordered the mushroom mama burger and got a regular burger, they also didn't put the Chipotle sauce with the sweet potato fries. So overpriced for the quality and service I got.

I ordered sausage & egger combo and was charged $9.11 (combo $8.59 + tax) but only received sausage & egger and my drink. Did not get hash brown and your clerk said I didn’t order the combo so wanted extra $3.11. Very disappointed. Won’t be back as I feel I was taken.

7 months ago I rated this location 5 stars today 2 stars. Something changed. They now have a number system where you pick up your order, it is no longer delivered to your table. That's not an issue however the place was filthy. Ketchup empty, presentation and for quality was poor and on the way out sanitiser empty. Hopefully management reads these messages and realizes they are going down hill.

I don't know what happened to A&W but the food isn't good anymore and the price even with coupons is astronomical. The Teen burgers were tiny and not that good and the chubby chicken burger tastes like the frozen Jane's chicken burgers out of the box. Fries were ok but fairly small for the price. No longer coming here.

Love having this chain restaurant locally, however this one seems poorly managed. Multiple item shortage, not enough staff and therefore ridiculous wait times. Kudos to the front counter representatives who are doing more than their best with smiles on their faces but management could help them out a bit.
Ordered a mozza burger combo they didn’t put bacon, which was my reason for the choice, fries were not at all seasoned, coke didn’t taste like coke. Husbands patty was too small for the bun, and no napkins. Frustrating experience and not the first time at this location.
