Terrible terrible customer service for average at best food! Never EVER get their ready made meals to take home, they are awful and overpriced. Staff is rude and so unprofessional and completely useless to be honest. Stay at home and cook yourself, this is why people don’t support local businesses.

Our first visit to Graffer's Restaurant & Lounge was a great experience. The location is wonderful, right by the river in Lockport with a beautiful view of the bridge, especially from their outdoor patio. The venue itself is very well-designed and has a beautiful ambiance.
For our meal, we started with the stuffed mushrooms with shrimp appetizer, which was a delicious beginning. We also ordered a burger and a steak sandwich. The food was all very good. They have an extensive drink menu with lots of great options to choose from. While it is a bit on the expensive side, the overall experience makes it a worthwhile treat.

Gaffers is a definite go to if you’re in the area around Lockport Manitoba.
They have a wonderful restaurant and lounge with plenty of patio seating upstairs and down.
On this occasion, I went to the upstairs patio and was greeted with an airshow by the beautiful pelicans that frequent the area.
This place is set up very well except for one glaring omission.
There is no beer on tap.
This place screams for beer on tap.
It has the ambience, the VLT’s and the TVs for watching sports and having a freshly poured pint.
Service was a little bit slow, but they had just opened and at the time there was only one server. Very pleasant lady who didn’t mind climbing the spiral staircase that leads to the upstairs patio.
I had a beef brisket sandwich with fries and a bottled beer. 😔
The brisket was kind of dry, which is why I rated the food three stars. The gravy I ordered with the fries helped out with that.
Speaking of fries, they are hand, cut, and seasoned very well. I would’ve preferred less seasoning as I am trying to cut down on my salt, but it was very flavorful.
It seems to be a place that a lot of of Motorcycle riders tend to frequent in the summer. Myself included.
All in all a very nice visit and I will go there again. I just won’t order the beef brisket.

Terrible service, took way too long to be served when we arrived. Went on Rib Night at 7pm only to be told there were no ribs left. Do not recommend.

Went there for Sunday wing night as it had been advertised on their Facebook page. Waiter says it wasn’t wing night so I politely questioned her on it and showed her their Facebook page. She was confused as I was and we both went to the manager for further clarification. The manager was extremely rude to both the waiter and me, saying that it wasn’t wing night and that people are reposting false ads, despite me showing her THEIR Facebook page and dismissing both of us without even looking. Waiter apologized for the manager being so rude, which it wasn’t the waiters fault.

Our waitress was awesome , however , we waited for over an hour and half to get our food . Prime rib was not med rare , more like well done and no Yorkshire pudding served with it . The restaurant was not busy at all so the long wait for 7 people did not make any sense at all . Our reservation was for 5:30 we were served our dinner at 7:10. But the waitress was great , very apologetic and friendly .Not a great experience for an anniversary dinner that was over $400 .

The patio off the restaurant was quiet and very nice. Food was good and service was great. Didn't get a detailed receipt, but called and they said they'd email it. Still waiting.
