Attended their Easter Brunch today, and have to say the food was terrible. The place was packed to the rafters, the server and hostess were super nice, but the food AND the handling and display of the food was terrible. I realize it was a buffet style meal, but I have attended other buffet meals where the food items had a covering lid that you could push over to protect the food once you had taken your portion. This protects it from people walking past coughing/sneezing over it and just general traffic walking past it. In this post Co-vid era, you would think the restaurant would take whatever precautions it could to keep the food from possibly getting contaminated. That said, there was not much to protect, as the salads were limp and tasteless, the hot cross buns were hard and almost crunchy and the chicken was so dried out that even the cream sauce it was in couldn't save it. AND let's not even go to the chocolate fountain where people were poking all sorts into it and dripping all over the place - YUK!! Also, coffee/tea/pop was NOT included in the per person fee - WHAT??? If it wasn't for our incredibly kind and friendly server, I would have given this place a 1 star.

They were so accommodating, my Husband and I both are neuro divergent and going out is very difficult for us. They put us in a quiet section with no one else, dim lights, no music. It was perfect for us. The food and service was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Me and my husband had a great experience. it was our first time going there and the service was very good. I had the Portobello mushroom burger was great! our server showed great customer service skills. Only reason i gave 4 starts i think the carpet in lounge should be changed, it takes away from the vibe.otherwise, would love to come again.

Well my fiancé and I went for the Valentine’s Day dinner! reservation for 630 arrived early had a drink ordered An appie was fantastic also ordered our dinner. Waited an extremely amount of time ! Our waitress was lovely and apologized for the wait ! Even though everyone around us who came after us was served and eating! I laughed and said maybe they pre ordered lolHowever we finally got our meal ! His was ok! Didn’t look like prime rib as there was no marble in the meat and you couldn’t pick what cut u would like ?? His potato was raw! But he said it was ok as we waited over an hour ! I ordered the strip lion rare with balsamic honey reduction and baked potatoThe steak was full of fat couldn’t cut it and it was rare whoa and absolutely no balsamic honey reduction on it ! Potato again was raw ! However the veggies were good! The waitress again was apologetic and another waitress came to ask what the problem was ! I simply said this wasn’t a strip lion steak and that it was a sirloin a round piece of fatty meat that I couldn’t cut ! And again it was rare I don’t think I’ve eaten a rare steak that I couldn’t cut before lol I’m sure when they took the plates back they knew the steak was disgusting as I tried to cut it but had a hard time ! And fore sure I didn’t eat it !However at the end of the day I choke it up and paid the meal !Disappointed valentinesSorry Gaffers

If you've never been here,u are missing a real GEMThe whole place is beautiful..various seating areas..on a balcony facing west. Or east. A garden section in the back..Huge dining area and separate bar/lounge..Today was just a Reuben sandwich fries and a Malbec.Jenny was our server..Super personable..outgoing..They have an extensive menu and ALWAYS a daily special that is sooo reasonable priced .My third or fourth time here..Calamari is large plate and so cheap..u won't believe it til u see it..Don't walk...run to Gaffers..make it part of a drive to Lockport..U won't be disappointed..

We had a larger group 20+, and they only had 1 server working.I never got her name, but she ran her butt off for us. Very good server!The food on the other hand left alot to be desired. We had a few happy people in our group, but the majority of us left disappointed.Which is to bad, as the place has such potential. Hopefully just an off night for the kitchen, and that happens in every restaurant. But the Flavours and presentation felt like not alot of love or care went into it. Which should always be the first 2 ingredients.Once again great server.
