What a Lockport gem! I was pleasantly surprised with their gluten free burger/ bun, however unfortunately their hotdogs are not gf. Always quick and friendly service, and really love the old school vibe in this place!

It's a fun little drive from Winnipeg take River road or Henderson and enjoy.
I watched as the people in the kitchen made my hot dog. They didn't use gloves or tongs when handling my food, instead I watched them use their bare hands to grab my hot dog weiner and place it in the bun. Then they proceeded to wipe their hands on their pants before touching my food again.
I mentioned this to the girl at the till and seemed unphased by it and told me "the heat melts our gloves so we don't use them" ..... this is why you use tongs... not bare hands with heaps of germs under your fingernails while handling other people's food.
I will not be returning to this establishment.
