After a morning of fishing on River Road, my son and I felt like going out for lunch. Talk about restaurant nostalgia. Vintage diner. The walls are covered with an amazing amount of hockey memorabilia. When you walk in, the menu is right there to greet you. I ordered the Lockport Dog, Lg Fries, and a Butter Rum Milkshake. Really good hotdog and fries. However, the Butter Rum Milkshake was an incredible experience. I haven't had one in years. DAMN THAT WAS GOOD!!! I spent 32 dollars in 2 cheeseburger combos today and got french fries that tasted like they were fermenting for awhile before they cooked them. The hamburgers tasted gamey like there was wild meat in them. I thought since I used to come here years ago that it would be a nice treat for us. Wrong! The prices are outrageous. Save your money and go somewhere else! Any where else!
