Would be nice if they served fresh bread and not day old fall apart scraps, also would be nice if they washed their hands and changed their gloves after touching the cash register.

ordered online for pickup , no estimated time even after 10 minutes , came to store , i asked how long its goona take , she said would be 7 minutes , she served 4 customer after i was there before my order , thats not idle

Ordered 2 subs online. I thought i had ordered from some starving family. It was not even half full and 1/4 had barely anything on it. Very disappointed. When 1 sub is 17$ I expect to at least be satiated but i couldve eaten 4 of those. Will never come back here.

Nobody knows how to speak English The food was garbage
Ordered pretzel sticks and two sandwiches. The pretzels were rock hard - not kidding, I couldn't bite into them - and so stale they tasted like they were days old. Microwaving them didn't help at all. Pretty awful when you pay $4 per pretzel and have to throw them out. Sandwiches both had awful lettuce and one was extremely dry.
I went in with 4 orders and 1 order was a veggie rice bowl which I was told I couldn’t get because it wasn’t on the board- so now vegetarians can’t get the rice bowls!! She was rude my server

I'm pretty fussy when it comes to the softness of the bread however every time so far , it has been great. I did have an issue with a coupon in their barcode reader. I'll try again in the future and update.
