Used to live in Lorette for many years and came for a visit - family and I were excited to go to Brian’s. Unfortunately the young male working the counter (2 PM on August 6th) could go through remedial and customer service training. It was quite astonishing to be given so much attitude and hostility in a quiet, laidback town. From charging & giving us the wrong size, the soft serve cone served with a fly stuck on it, to his unwarranted attitude.. we won’t be going back again. Would have been 1 star but the perogies were good, although we were wary to eat them as we weren’t sure how good food control was after the ice cream that was served.

Had a really good dinner at Brian's tonight. Deluxe burger was excellent and my wife enjoyed the Mozza burger. Fries were really good too! Wanted to try the ice cream but too full haha!!
